Fr. Sohe was born to the family of Mr. and Mrs. Johnson Adesola Moses Sohe on November 7, 1979. He is the fourth of eight children. He is from Ogun State but born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, West Africa.
He started his priestly formation with the Society of St. Joseph of the Sacred Heart (the Josephite Fathers and Brothers) at St. Joseph the worker Formation House in Iperu-Remo, Ogun State, and Missionary of St. Paul Major Seminary, Abuja, both in Nigeria. He had his theological studies at Washington Theological Union and the Catholic University of America, both in Washington, DC. He was ordained a priest on June 1, 2013, at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, Washington DC, by Most Rev. John H. Ricard, S.S.J. Bishop Emeritus of Pensacola-Tallahassee, Florida.
Fr. Sohe served as the pastor of St. Joseph Parish, Maysville, Mobile, Alabama in the Archdiocese of Mobile from August 2013 to September 2017. He then served in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Houston, Texas (October 2017 to September 4,2021. Fr. Sohe is also the Vocation Director for the Josephite Society.
